My work uses lighter pressure — not because it’s less therapeutic, but because the nervous system responds better to an invitation than a demand. Real release happens when the body feels safe enough to let go on its own terms. That’s where the lasting change lives.

Each session blends myofascial work, gentle muscular tension release, and relaxation techniques in whatever combination serves you best that day. My first goal is always to bring you into a state of deep ease — a place where your mind and body are open to receiving the work. From that settled place, habitual tension softens, pain quiets, and the body begins to restore itself.
